Do you offer studio and outdoor sessions?

My senior portrait sessions and family mini sessions take place outdoors, typically within Tallahassee city limits, but I do travel, for an additional fee. If you’re looking for a more studio look to your portraits and headshots, I do that too! With a fully equipped studio set-up, you name the location, and I can set up my photography studio in under 15 minutes flat. (Time me!) I also offer in-home sessions for lifestyle newborn and family portraits, which is considered a natural light, on-location session.

What products do you offer?

I offer a wide variety of products, depending on what type of session you would like. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the art we create together hung on your wall, but if digital is your cup of tea, I offer that too. During your initial consultation, we can discuss what you dream to do with these images.

When do I get to see the images from my session and place my order?

I take great pride in being one of the few full-service boutique photography studios in Tallahassee, meaning I will be with you from your initial consultation, prepping you for your session, during your session, at the ordering session, and when you come to pick up your order. From session to final image reveal, it’s typically anywhere from 3-4 weeks depending on the type of session. This is because I scour each and every image before delivery to ensure it’s flawless (unless I’m just capturing real life, which we all know is full of flaws and wonder).

How long will it take to get my order?

You will receive your products approximately 3-4 weeks after your order is paid in full. Quality takes time, so please allow me the time needed to provide you with the quality you deserve.

What if I need to reschedule my photography session?

I understand that something things come up. Weather, illness, emergencies, etc. If you need to reschedule, please call me as soon as possible (at least 24-48 hours in advance). My photography session fees are non-refundable, but in the case of an emergency, you may use the paid session towards 1 rescheduled session at my discretion. It must take place within 3 months of your original session date.

When do I pay for my session fee and what does this cover?

Your full session fee is required at the time of booking. The session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer (me!) and also covers the hair and makeup artist and wardrobe styling, if applicable. The session fee is non-refundable but may be used towards a rescheduled session if scheduled within 3 months of your original session date.

When is payment due for my order?

At your ordering appointment, you may select 3 payment options:

1. Pay in full at the ordering appointment

2. Three-month payment plan where the 1st payment is due at the ordering appointment

3. Six-month payment plan where the 1st payment is due at the ordering appointment

What if I want to make a copy of my images?

All images remain the property of Alicia Haskew Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. It is illegal to scan, print, or duplicate images under US Copyright Law. If you have received web-sharing images, you may use these images “as-is” for web use only (i.e. email, social media, blog, etc.). Images may not be used to enter any contests prior to obtaining the photographer’s written consent. Images may not be cropped, modified, or altered in any way.
